ABOUT ME

As a leader you deserve space to understand your mental and emotional processes. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Alisa’s training and 15 years of working with successful women allows her to cut through unnecessary nuance and create a much needed space of exhale and honesty. With a deep understanding of relationships and training in cutting-edge neuroscientific interventions, Alisa looks at your challenges from a vantage point few can match. You can trust (at least in this one area of your life) you don’t have to be the person who always has the answers

Your brilliance opens many doors. It can also overwhelm you and keep you asking for help and limits your next step of growth

Alisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is Brainspotting Certified. A driven woman herself, Alisa is constantly engaging in trainings, consultation and personal coaching + therapy in order to bring her clients not only a knowledgeable guide, but a very real person to journey alongside. She will never ask you to do anything she hasn’t done herself. Her leadership style is “I’ll go first” and this creates a comfortable authenticity when working together.

Sometimes it’s important to talk about the stuff you’re not “supposed to” talk about in order for progress to take place.

Alisa has learned through personal experience and with working with 100’s of female leaders, executives and business owners that burnout, extreme self-reliance and imposter syndrome are at the root of many mindset challenges keeping us stuck. It’s at a specific time in our careers where we realize what got us here won’t get us there. We need more expansion, flexible thinking, greater self-care, but struggle to let go. Together we get to wrestle with: we don’t need to be people who do it all, we need to learn our greatest asset is releasing control and allowing help in order to be our boldest selves possible.
